The Role

As a Director, Product Management, you will partner with a product to help build consistent digital experiences for our customers by translating customer and business needs into actionable solutions. This role will be pivotal in understanding the current landscape of Fidelity communications across multiple business units and ensuring the design and delivery of a common governance process for Fidelity outbound communications. With a holistic understanding of the digital product, this role is defined by the following responsibilities essential for successful outcomes:

Customer Focus:

  • Understand how the customer interacts with Fidelity's digital experiences.
  • Articulate the customer journey through visualizations
  • Work with data experts to understand friction points for the customer in the communications experience.

Business Acumen:

  • Research how outbound communications meet customer needs. Understand gaps in experience.
  • Understand customer data, analyze trends, understand competitor landscape and articulate opportunities.

Product Expertise:

  • Lead product storytelling to varying audiences.
  • Collaborate with teams in other business units to drive a common approach to digital experiences.

Delivery Impact:

  • Design, build and activate a governance process of our outbound communications across SMS, email, and push channels.
  • Work with cross business unit teams to conduct regular communication channel audits and identify opportunities for optimization by adopting core and common frameworks/ processes/tools recommended.

The Skills and Expertise You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of business analysis experience delivering digital experiences to customers.
  • Customer-focused with a passion to solve challenges through a data driven approach.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence for mapping user requirements, process maps and analysis documentation. Able to identify and document dependencies across cross functional teams.
  • Strong story telling skills, conveying the vision and impact of digital solutions using data and visualization. Familiarity with industry standard design or prototyping tools like MIRO, Figma, Drawio is required. Expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with large governance programs is an advantage.
  • Having financial domain knowledge is a plus
  • Experience working in an agile team required
  • An affinity for technology and stay up to date on industry innovations
