The Role

Brokerage Capabilities Technology is seeking an exceptionally visionary product leader to craft the future of money movement in brokerage. This role drives strategy and execution across traditional payment rails (Checks, FedWire, ACH) and emerging payment types, delivering innovative solutions that power our clients' financial lives.

As Director, Money Movement, you'll:

  • Own the product roadmap - Determine current and future states, manage risks, and align delivery to strategic goals.
  • Lead intake and delivery - Work closely with collaborators and engineering to collect and clarify requirements, estimate work, and prioritize the backlog.
  • Foster communication and alignment - Communicating a clear product vision, generating planning documents, and sharing updates on progress, risks, and impact across important metrics.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years in product management or product ownership
  • Proven track record of owning backlogs and collecting requirements across multiple delivery teams
  • Solid product strategy with a dedication to advancing client results, creativity, and implementation
  • Skilled in translating business goals into actionable requirements
  • Experience with agile methodologies at scale and backlog prioritization
  • Skilled at communicating with senior collaborators; possesses strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable with emerging technologies and assessing new opportunities
  • Passionate about framing problems thoughtfully and leading with strategic clarity

The Team

Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$185,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
