Your Impact

As a key member of the Enterprise Skills & Learning leadership team, you will:

  • Streamline Learning Operations: Architect and refine the systems, processes, and tools that power enterprise-wide learning logistics and implementation.
  • Lead with Purpose: Coach and guide a team of implementation professionals, nurturing innovation and operational excellence.
  • Modernize Learning Tools: You will partner with Technology and HR Platform teams to select and implement a new Learning Management System offering a flawless, cohesive, modern experience for Fidelity learners.
  • Drive Automation & Efficiency: Build and scale digital solutions that simplify registration, scheduling, and program execution-enhancing learner experience and reducing manual effort.
  • Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with pillar leads and cross-functional leaders to mobilize learning initiatives, align resources, and deliver cohesive, high-impact learning journeys.

The Expertise You Have

  • 10+ years leading learning implementation, project managers, and/or sophisticated teams and initiatives.
  • Proven experience in learning implementation, LMS administration, digital registration, and logistics.
  • Experience in learning, process improvement, automation or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and delivery.
  • Experience mentoring and upskilling learning teams in leadership development and performance improvement.
  • Proficiency with learning technologies including LMS, LXP, virtual platforms, CVENT, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven background in planning, project management, talent programs, and strategic prioritization.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$154,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
