The Director of Large-Scale Program Management is a key leadership role in the EI&O Strategy and Planning team, driving the execution of large complex initiatives collaborating closely with a team of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, and dedicated team members. This person is responsible for delivery of large, complex programs that directly support Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations (EI&O) key objectives for innovation, modernization, stability, and resiliency of our service offerings. This leader will drive planning, governance, and execution of high-impact strategic programs while fostering collaboration across Fidelity to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring
- 10+ years' proven experience, preferably in complex technology program management, product management / strategy / planning / decision support.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of program management frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Lean).
- Demonstrated working knowledge of infrastructure technologies and processes including network, data center, cloud capabilities, distributed compute, batch services, mainframe, and ITSM processes.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
- Managing program/project prioritization, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery using a data driven approach that supports strategic and proactive decision making.
Strategic Program Leadership: Oversee the management of enterprise-level infrastructure technology programs and initiatives from inception to completion. Drive decision-making and problem resolution across multiple partners. Governance and Accountability: Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including reporting, and performance tracking. Provide regular updates to the executive team on program status, risks, and outcomes. Partner Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define program goals, scope, capacity, and resolve program level issues early and often. Function as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring programs align with business objectives. Risk and Organizational Change: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program success. Lead change processes to minimize disruption and maintain alignment with strategic objectives. Develop contingency plans and ensure readiness for unexpected challenges.

The Director of Program management will be a member of our team, defining and orchestrating the delivery of technology and process improvement efforts crafted to move Fidelity forward in this space.
