The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree with 10-12+ years of business analysis experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions of high value
- Strong financial domain knowledge and investment experience
- Client-obsessed and passionate about solving challenges through a data driven approach
- Experience working in an agile team required
- An affinity for technology and staying up to date on industry innovations
- Able to identify dependencies across cross functional teams
- Thinks strategically about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement
