The Role

We're seeking a strategic and creative Thought Leadership Marketer to uncover compelling insights from our robust data ecosystem and transform them into impactful marketing strategies and communications. This role bridges strategy and execution, driving thought leadership across multiple channels to elevate our brand and influence across a constituent of audience - clients, prospective clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with our data-driven insights team to identify emerging trends, behaviors, and opportunities within our participant and client base.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to distribute thought leadership content (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, social media, email, events).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align messaging and ensure consistency.
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies and optimize impact.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform content direction and positioning.
