Job Description:
The Role
A DC Data Exchange Director leads a team of Data Exchange Consultants as they transition ongoing interface feeds containing financial and participant data for defined contributions plans transitioning to Fidelity. Your leadership and strategic approach is what allows your team to meet client demands.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5+ years of operational and/or implementation management experience
- 3-5 years leading people directly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Consistent record balancing customer service and happiness with sound business judgment
- Knowledge of DC benefit plan administration
- Operational mentality delivering consistent quality process and control outcomes
- Dynamic leadership with a focus on talent development and delivering quality outcomes
- Develop, analyze, and evaluate management reporting mechanisms, performance measurements and service standards. Work closely with internal partners to evaluate and identify trends and formalize strategies designed to improve efficiencies.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills such as leading by influence and establishing relationships at all organization levels
- Ability to understand processes from start to finish while also being able to simplify problems into measurable concepts
- Ability to influence across multiple geographic locations, processes, and functions
- Ability to collaborate with business partners to resolve end-to-end process issues and champion improvements to the customer and associate experience

The Team
Data Conversion resides in the broader WI Implementation function. The Implementation teams work with new WI clients to transfer their existing retirement plans and ongoing interface feeds to HRIS vendors on to Fidelity's platform. Participant data, and participant retirement selections are updated across internal and external systems to meet the expectations of every client and participants serviced.
