The Role
Are you ready to make an impact in family office and financial advisor communities? As the Director of Relationship Management, you'll work closely with the Family Office RM and the Advisor RM supporting Finteract, Forge and the Fidelity Community for Wealth Managers to enhance the member experience and deliver value for members and Fidelity.
In this role you will be responsible for managing member relationships, working with prospects, new and current members and industry groups to create an ecosystem of value for the multiple communities that we serve. A strong focus on team collaboration and prioritization is important to balance the needs of the multiple communities that we serve.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Creating Connection and Collaboration: Demonstrated expertise in fostering an environment of connection, community, and collaboration among family offices or advisors and partners.
- Passion for Building Community: Results-oriented collaborator and leader with a understanding of the family office, advisor industry, competitive landscape, and broader industry trends.
- Advisor or Family Office Industry Knowledge: Experience in operations, events, service in the advisor or family office industry. Fidelity experience is a plus.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Ability to understand and assess customers' needs, supporting the prioritization of team efforts with collaboration from key partners.
- Member-Obsessed: You live the member journeys and align both live and digital engagements with the diverse needs of our community members.
- Relationship Building: Proactively establish rapport and credibility, cultivating effective working relationships with members, prospects, business partners, and teammates.
- Customer Experience Knowledge: Deep understanding of what makes an outstanding customer experience, along with positive relationship management and influencing skills.
- Adaptability and Results Orientation: Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, executing on multiple priorities, and consistently delivering strong results.

The Team
The Community Center of Excellence is a core team dedicated to bringing members together through a community of practice. Funded by Fidelity, we operate in a non-commercial, vendor-agnostic manner, focusing on the success of our community. We serve the Forge Community and the Finteract Community.
- The Forge Community is a fast-growing, thriving community of practice for single family offices. We aim to inform, inspire, and equip family office professionals to serve families in the best way they can. We offer a vetted network of family office peers, industry-leading benchmarking research, an expansive digital library, and unique professional learning opportunities to over 2100 members across the country.
- Finteract is a new community for financial advisors and the service and operations professionals who support them. Launched with a digital platform, Finteract now has nearly 1000 members offering unbiased perspectives from their peers.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
