Job Title: Director - Architecture

The "Director - Architecture" associate, would work on designing and architecting applications in AM portfolio.

The Purpose of This Role

• Design Highly Available, Scalable, resilient solutions for Apps in Cloud,
• Drive Innovation, prototyping and solution recommendation for Apps in Cloud
• Collaborate with key partners in adopting emerging technologies

The associate is expected to have hands on experience in architecting solutions involving Web Services, Event driven Patterns and similar distributed computing patterns on public cloud. This would also require hands on technical knowledge in technical areas like AWS Cloud , AI/ML, Containers and UI frameworks. A thorough knowledge of CI/CD processes would be a plus

• Enterprise scale expertise in distributed computing best practices
• Extensive knowledge and experience in architecting modern systems using open source frameworks.
• Experience building external cloud (e.g. AWS) applications and capabilities is highly desirable.
• Expert ability to evaluate, prototype and recommend open source and vendor technologies and platforms.
• Showcase technology leadership and deliver value by participating in Cross Company Initiatives
• Sound Communication and Influencing skills to collaborate with peers and counterparts
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery technologies is desirable.
• Solid experience in Agile methodologies - Kanban and SCRUM

• Strong hands on experience in Application Architecture Hands on experience in developing and designing apps in Cloud ecosystem Global Stakeholder management and Strong Communication skills Required Technical skillset:
• App Architecture using Java/Python
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS Cloud
• Architecting AI/ML use cases and understanding the lifecycle of ML Apps
• CI/CD - DevOps concepts
• Python
• Experienced in ALM tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git AWS or Kubernetes certification is good to have
