Fidelity Digital Assets Controls Manager

The Role

The Business Execution and Controls team within Fidelity Digital Assets is looking for a Controls Manager to maintain and manage changes to our technology and operational processes and controls. The Digital Assets Controls Manager will perform analysis in support of new or changing products and services to assess the impact to the control environment and processes that support core business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of four years' experience in project program management or business analysis
• Analytical mentality with intellectual curiosity and the ability to assess interdependencies across teams.
• Outstanding written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization and influencing others to drive delivery
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise or interest in Digital Assets
• Passion for quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• High level of integrity, appropriate sense of urgency, and self-motivation
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
