As a Consultant in Digital Investment Solutions, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving innovative, scalable investment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. - Drive the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of digital advisory solutions, including Fidelity Managed FidFolios - our innovative Digital Separately Managed Account offering.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, client-centric investment experiences.
- Leverage your deep understanding of investment products and client needs to influence product strategy and execution.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback to inform product innovation.
- Partner with technology teams to bring ideas to life efficiently and effectively.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and disruptive innovation.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's or equivalent with 8+ years Financial Services experience
- Strong business knowledge associated with Separately Managed Accounts or other managed account products and solutions.
- Series 7 and 66 licenses a plus.
- Solid understanding of investment products, financial planning, and the competitive landscape in the high-net-worth and wealth management space.
- Proven experience in product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
- Familiarity working with technology teams using agile methodology, e.g.: story writing, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
- Analytical approach with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of advisor-led and client-facing processes is a plus.
- Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Team
The Consultant is a member of the Digital Investment Solutions product management team within Wealth Investment Solutions. Wealth Investment Solutions provides discretionary money management services on over 2 million accounts with nearly $1T in assets under management. Our team brings together experts in product management, digital content, investment strategy, marketing, and distribution to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
As a Digital Investment Solutions team member, this role collaborates with the team lead, teammates, other squads or teams within Wealth Investment Solutions and our business partners to develop and support Digital Advice growth initiatives that help grow and scale the business, while also continuously improving upon our existing offering to better serve our clients and client facing associates.
As a key contributor, the consultant works closely with internal partners across Wealth Solutions, Fidelity Wealth and Brokerage, Distribution, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Asset Management. Your insights and leadership will help shape the future of digital advice and managed accounts, driving growth and delivering value to clients and advisors alike.
