The Role

As part of our agile Goal Based Profiling Squad, the Business Consultant collaborates closely with developers, designers, and partners to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our users. This position combines big-picture vision with practical execution, making it a great opportunity for candidates passionate about innovation and financial technology.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8 + years' professional experience or Masters' degree with 6+ years is required
- 3+ years in financial planning experience, with project management or product development background preferred with a passion for financial wellness!
- Experience working with deployment and enablement teams to bring digital experiences to market
- Product development skills, including crafting business requirements and understanding system requirements.
- Can work in a fast-paced and frequently ambiguous environment.
- Thinks strategically about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement.
- Enabling work across business units and teams to ensure the best client experiences.

The Team
The Client Investment Performance squad is working to create digital pathways between goal based planning and goal based investing. We build innovative digital experiences that leverage industry leading methodologies designed to provide our customers with optimal asset allocation and product recommendations. The primary objective of our squad is make it easy for our customers to find and implement products and offerings that best align with their household financial plan.
