Consultant Business Analyst - Health Care Data and Client Reporting

The Team

You will be part of the Healthcare Data Enablement & Client Reporting Squad passionate about creating business driven data sets from healthcare recordkeeping systems for Analytics and Reporting use cases within Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW). The team will enable data within the Enterprise Analytics Platform to support Healthcare reporting and analytics needs to elevate the experience offered to our clients and their employees. The Business Analyst will be is responsible for providing solutions to custom reporting needs for our Healthcare clients. You will partner with the Squad Leader, Sales, Client Service Managers, the development team, and stakeholders to analyze recordkeeping system Data/tables, draft requirements to support various consumption use cases, and validate the delivered data sets and reports before enabling it for consumers.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required; Master's degree preferred

• Solid understanding of the Fidelity business with work experience in health care and/or benefits administration and/or product development

• 6+ years Systems Development Business Analyst experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with demonstrable ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams

• Experience with Data analysis, SQL, Tableau and Power BI or transferrable skills and the ability to learn these quickly

• Shown expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.

• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Experience with JIRA or similar agile backlog management and testing tool
