The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as a Consultant Business Analysis providing custom reporting solutions for some of America's largest Defined Contribution (DC) Clients through Alteryx, SQL and Snowflake platforms.
You will be focused on supporting and establishing relationships across teams and business partners in supporting analytic & adhoc client requests. You are the Data Storyteller providing data-driven, contextualized insights to effectively communicate narratives. In addition, to perform critical data analysis to mitigate and remediate significant production incidents impacting multiple Workplace Investing clients.

Expertise you Have and Skills You Bring
- Outstanding analytical skills. Ability to break down sophisticated questions and supporting data into well-structured analyses.
- Ability to train and guide Business analysts, Senior Business analytics across WI and other BUs
- Knowledge of DC products/services and operational processes required
- Expert at synthesizing data / trends in order to develop key insights / storylines that help to effectively connect with leaders with proven experience in Alteryx, SQL and Snowflake platforms.
- Act as connection point to other analytical teams within WI and other BUs, form positive relationships to lead and influence multi-functional teams
- Prior WIDE to EDL Alteryx/SQL workflows migration experience a plus
- Ability to think strategically, challenge assumptions and provide thought leadership
- Experience in interacting with leaders at all levels of the organization and craft executive level presentations to tell the data story
- Every day you are able to identify the client need, determine the best source of data to meet the need, extract the data and create a professionally tailored report.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment with our India reporting team to ensure we are efficiently crafting recurring reports requested by our clients.
The Team
The Business Management Team is passionate about supporting the Client Facing and Operations teams that provide first class service to our DC clients. The solutions, tools, and reports we provide allow our front-line associates to focus on the true needs of the client.
The Reporting Consultant role is part of the broader Defined Contribution Client Services Organization. DC CSO plays a meaningful role every day in servicing over 18,000 401k record keeping clients. We bring value to these Plan Sponsors by providing analytics and reporting to support the administration of their retirement plans.
