The Role

As an IWMS Chapter Leader of IT Project Management, you are deeply committed to optimizing the delivery of value to IWMS Clearing and Custody clients. You play an essential role in guiding a team who primarily work within squads across product areas. You collaborate with other leaders to establish the standards for your chapter, influence strategic decisions, and build solutions. You are dedicated to supporting associate growth and development in accordance with updated expectations. You are also committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role. A percentage of your time is spent applying your expertise and experience to advance the work and improve product area performance.

• Ensuring your team is aligned to strategic business priorities based on the execution of a workforce plan by which you attract, hire, build, and retain skills across the chapter.
• Proactively working with leaders and peers to support strategic alignment of chapter members to the business, ensuring the best utilization of talent while also building learning opportunities to develop skills.

• Advanced certifications and demonstrable experience in the application thereof, e.g. A-CSM, PMP, SAFe SPC, or similar.
• Prior Management experience, preferred.
• Financial services experience, preferred.
