Job Title: Associate Software Engineer

The Purpose of This Role

As the Associate Software Engineer, you blend deep Fidelity Health and Quality Engineering knowledge who's highly motivated Individual contributor with 2-4 years of experience in IT Industry and who is capable to develop software and test through automation and is hand on with Software Development Life Cycle process

The successful candidate must possess excellent programming and testing skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. This person must have an instinct to take initiative, be a team player, and be versatile in their abilities.

The candidate will be helping in achieving the automation goal for organization and making sure that good quality product is delivered to customers by performing functional and automation testing. Person will work closely with QE team, Partners, Business analysts & Development teams to Develop, Automate and validate software with high quality.

• Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira tool
• Hand-on experience in Test Management lifecycle.
• SQL: Experience in Utilize SQL for data validation, test data creation, and troubleshooting database-related issues.
• Test Automation: Hands-on Experience in Test automation design, development and execution using various tools e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, TestNG, Rest Assured, GitHub and Jenkins core etc.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
