Associate, Social Media & Event Marketing

The Role:

As the Social Media & Event Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in amplifying our brand presence and driving engagement across social platforms and events. You'll support the planning, promotion, and execution of proprietary events, industry conferences, and webinars by creating compelling social content for LinkedIn, Yext, and YouTube. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner closely with teams across marketing, sales, communications, and events to ensure alignment and impact.

• Assisting in the creation of social media (LinkedIn, Yext, YouTube) event promotions for our proprietary events, industry conferences, and webinars pre-event and post-event while collaborating closely with business partners in marketing (such as segment, sales, social team, event leads, TL teams, communications teams etc.)
• Working closely with social media team to explore new trends, monitor competitor approaches and provide data on how posts are performing calling out areas of opportunity
• Managing the planning, promotion, implementation, and execution of a portion of the webinar portfolio using Zoom, Splash, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office (including but not limited to managing cross segment email invites, prep calls with speakers, creating speaker notes, working on presentations, creating webinar replays and providing recommendations post event for areas of opportunity)
• Supporting the employment of events through coordination of workflow and compliance approvals of event materials

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Preferred work experience in related areas of program/project management, event management, or social media marketing
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ability to balance different projects simultaneously and prioritize results
• Passionate about process and attention to detail
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
• Relationship building skills that enable you to shape strong working relationships with business partners
• Curiosity about event marketing and social media
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred)

We work closely with the segment and product marketing, sales, analytics, CRM, and technology development teams to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, differentiated digital experiences and quality leads for our relationship management and sales teams.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$96,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
