The Role
As a Brokerage Operations Associate Representative, you will work in Treasury's Cash Management team to support timely and accurate Money Movement-related transaction processing while adhering to policy, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Review incoming wire payment exceptions to identify the credit party and post/return accordingly
- Reconcile the department's suspense accounts, including identifying, researching and resolving any breaks
- Deliver superior service to all of our clients by processing their requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain up to date policy and procedures for key functions performed
- Publish key departmental operational payments metrics to senior management

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 2+ years of working in Payment Operations and/or Business Analysis
- Suspense account reconciliation experience
- Knowledge of electronic payments processing (Fed Wire, SWIFT, ACH)
- You deliver with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly flexible and adaptable to fast paced environment, willing to assist in other areas as needed
- Work independently and collaborate with associates
- Time management (multi-tasking)
- Ability to work overtime; if needed
The Team
The Treasury department within Fidelity's Operations and Services Group (OSG) provides cash management and banking product, operations and advisory services in support of the various lines of business within Fidelity Institutional (FI). FI provides products, solutions and services to banks, broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, family offices and other financial intermediaries to meet their brokerage, operations, risk, and technology needs.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The base salary range for this position is $47,000-$74,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
