The Role
The Business Analyst plays an integral role in interacting with a broad array of business partners, understanding their business needs, and providing necessary support... They must understand how business process and data connects across platforms and teams and can identify process improvement opportunities and successfully implement them. The individual will have strong communications skills as they engage with internal partners, Fidelity leaders, senior executives, and suppliers to achieve stronger scale and efficiency for the firm.
The Team
We are responsible for the oversight of numerous Fidelity enterprise software solutions. T This includes day-to-day operations, as well as requirements gathering, testing and implementation of system enhancements. We oversee strategic relationships internally and with our suppliers. We also monitor industry and vendor products for improvements and enhancements

The Expertise and Skills You Have
- Understanding of the Fidelity business unit structure
- BS/BA in business administration or equivalent operations experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, business analysis and testing
- Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of procurement processes
- SAP Ariba / Fieldglass Configuration experience
- Effective teaming - leading, motivating and collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Highly organized demonstrated capability to work independently and manage high volume of projects
- Ability to evaluate client requirements against platform functionality and provide configuration design solutions as required
- Analytical and understands how to use data to tell a story and measure success
- Performs data analysis and reporting
- Excellent project management skills
- Leads configuration processes/projects and deliver high quality results by working with Business Analysts, vendors, technology, and business partners
- Identifies problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system design
