Job Description:
The Enterprise Business Resiliency (EBR) Operations Analyst plays a critical role in all aspects of service delivery, systems support and development of the EBR application ecosystem. This individual is a strategic problem solver with outstanding attention to detail and process and can translate business requirements into innovative and balanced solutions. This individual thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment! Delivering EBR's pivotal initiatives and project goals to internal and external business partners is key to this role.
The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- BA/BS degree in Business/IT or equivalent experience
- Experience with Salesforce administration or similar CRM platforms
- Proficiency with Salesforce Advanced Analytics and PowerBI reporting
- Experience with or ability to develop a proficiency with Fidelity's BCDR software, Fusion Risk Management
- Shown understanding of Agile and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrable experience with business analysis and process improvement
- Understanding of product requirements and supporting documentation
- Works independently while balancing multiple priorities
- Able to collaborate well within the team and others
- Ability to prioritize work based on level of risk and impact to the business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation and soft skills and the ability to work at all levels within the organization
- Superb communication and social skills, engaging across all organizational levels
- Ability to build detailed and well-organized process and procedure materials, as well as management-level summaries and other materials
- Travel: 0-10%

The Value You Deliver
- Support internal reporting and tracking of related issues and remediation activities
- Assist senior members of the Operational Program Management team to ensure that the Tools and Automation Enablement function has a fully detailed, tested, reportable program to meet standards requirements
- Develop or provide input to management action plans to assess their efficiency and the appropriateness of the timeline
