AR Representative

The Accounts Receivable Representative manages the billing, cash allocation and cash collection activities of the assigned market or customer account group by ensuring timely and accurate processing of the incoming requests and the regularly recurring activities and actively supports the maintenance of high level of customer service on the respective markets. Tasks: Supporting cash application Providing statements, invoice copies and supporting documentation to customers Creation of sales invoices Electronic archiving of sales invoices Distribution of sales invoices to customers Proactively suggesting process improvements Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Handling internal and external queries Supporting the local markets in their cash collection activities Requirement/Qualification: High school education Knowledge of the main finance procedures Conversational level of English language User-level knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Additional Information Posting Date: 2024-04-18 FedEx Logistics provides freight forwarding, as well as import and export services that allow companies to reach markets throughout the world.
