    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
    The SimCorp Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Lead development of design strategy for new products.
    • Manage the team's efforts on the implementation process for new products.
    • Research opportunities for product improvements.
    • Manage a team responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
    • Define product strategy that is in alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop and coach the resources in their team on accounting and SimCorp configuration.
    • Primary design/solution architect for enhancements and stability to the system. The focus is to create uniformity in solutions for the Portfolios and the reduce the complexity and customization.
    • Creating a training platform to enable self-sufficiency in the SimCorp platform for accounting/technology/testing/reporting users.
    • Collaborate and lead the design and development of a viable and useable internal testing solution that can be utilized for progression/regression testing in the STEM space.
    • Support the other product managers and their portfolios in production as an escalation point to resolve critical issues to the close.

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent

    • Advanced knowledge and work experience in Product Management, Accounting and SimCorp.
    • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
    • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
    • Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
    • Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
    • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
    • The group of skills related to Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
    • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
    • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
    • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
    • Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
    • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
    • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel, or SSRS
    • Product Management including managing demand, releases, and backlog
    • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
    • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
    • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
    • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
