Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist the team with assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as participate with the team in communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders across the enterprise, and understanding business objectives.

The SF Risk - Risk Analysis - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Assist team with determining business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise.
- Assist by reviewing and providing basic analyses regarding the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise.
- Maintain information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis.
- Document resolutions and control guidelines.
- Partner with the team to carry out business strategies that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.

Minimum Experiences & Skills
- 0-1 yrs of Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Analytical Thinking - Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Technical Proficiency -Exposure to tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or ERP systems (e.g., Workday), even at a beginner level.
- Communication Skills - Clear written and verbal communication to share insights, collaborate with teams, and present findings.
- Project Participation - Experience contributing to projects, even in academic or internship settings, showing ability to follow through and deliver.
- Presentation Experience - Comfort presenting findings in class, group projects, or internship settings, even if informal.
- Initiative & Ownership - A willingness to raise your hand for new projects, ask questions, and take charge of your own learning and development.
- Team Collaboration - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
