- Design, develop and test ServiceNow Applications using OOTB modules including but not limited to ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB and IT Asset Management
- Design, develop and test Custom Applications on the ServiceNow platform and AWS cloud
- Work within Agile project teams, continuously releasing application software
- Assist with the timely and high-quality release of modules in ServiceNow
- Provide customer support and platform operations
Minimum Required Experiences:
- 2 years of design, development, testing and support experience with ServiceNow
- Strong development experience with JavaScript, Python and Java
- Experience developing solutions in AWS cloud
- Experience with database development (Oracle/MySQL/Sybase)
- Experience developing web service integrations (SOAP / RESTful)
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with scripting languages (Perl/Python/Shell)
- Experience with DevOps Strong project management and team leadership skills
Desired Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering
- 5+ years of design, development, testing and support experience with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow certifications
- AWS Cloud certifications
- Strong design, development, testing and support experience preferably with ServiceNow
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with scripting languages (Perl/Python/Shell)
- Experience with DevOps
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-driven individual with ability to take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and assume responsibility
- Ability to operate and work independently with minimal guidance and supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile-based team development environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Able to learn quickly and master new technical and business areas

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
