Job Description
As a valued leader on our team, you will lead the implementation of the strategy for organizational policies and guidelines, and manage the monitoring of the organization's activities. In this role, you will manage the implementation of changes in internal and external regulations, develop and adjust governance policies (to align with changing needs and external requirements), as well as monitor and report on activities that require compliance with policies and regulations. You will interact with regulators and government groups to establish regulatory requirements and strategic plan implementation, and develop strategic plans for the organization in concert with business units to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

The End User Services - IT Service Delivery - Senior Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Manage the creation and implementation of internal and external policies and guidelines.
- Ensure that policies and guidelines align with changes in internal or external needs.
- Oversee a team who monitors the organization's activities to ensure they are complying with policies and guidelines.
- Oversee the investigation of actions or events that do not comply with the organization's policies and guidelines.
- Lead team to resolve compliance issues and report the result.

- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
