- Oversee the team responsible for determining business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise, and develop and establish processes to identify risks.
- Drive efforts to evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise, and create and implement risk policies and procedures.
- Oversee information monitoring and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis, and establish and implement updates and changes to the process.
- Oversee team efforts and develop processes to document resolutions and control guidelines.
- Develop and implement business strategies that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

- 8 years

- Bachelor degree or equivalent; Master degree preferred
- Risk related professional certifications preferred
- Experienced in leadership level skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Collective capabilities for leadership, including hiring, leading teams, providing coaching and feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring.
- Deep understanding and execution of Risk Assessments including evaluating risks and controls, designing controls, conducting impact and risk assessments, identifying control gaps, providing recommendations to business on activities that satisfy gaps and remediate risk, etc.
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives in a dynamic, quickly changing environment
- Strong change management mindset and understanding of frameworks, willing to develop what is necessary to build foundational level components; and possessing the ability to continuously improve and evolve for the needs of the team and/or business
- Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
- Ability to work in an often undefined and ambiguous environment and determine appropriate actions/activities within function
- Extensive background in Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, Strategic Risk, and Reputational Risk (non-financial risk) and the ability to interpret frameworks and guidance to create actions that manage all components of risk types
- Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas and tell the appropriate story of risk at any level of leadership
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- Deep Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging partners and stakeholders, internal customers, and peers, building relationship networks, etc.
- Strong influencing skills including negotiating, developing messaging, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Robust set of skills in Communication including written, verbal, and presentations, development of communication plans and distributing communication, etc.
- Deep expertise in strategic planning including identify and selecting strategic options, identifying resources and needs to meet the defined objectives, and the ability to articulate to leadership and other stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for resource needs
- Extensive background with Governance and Compliance concepts and frameworks including creating policies, evaluating compliance, change management protocols, etc.
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand in a succinct but informative way
- Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
