As a valued colleague on our team, you will enhance and/or refine existing applications and systems to meet new technical requirements with support from leadership, and perform data analysis at various stages of projects to ensure development of a quality application.

- Analyze requirements working with product owners/development team members to understand new features and user stories to design, develop, and execute test cases for testing.
- Participate in all team ceremonies including PI planning, internal planning sessions and team retrospectives.
- Write complex PL/SQL queries to validate data across multiple databases.
- Perform data validation and testing across AWS cloud-based data platforms.
- Develop/update scripts using Python/Unix for data preparation activities and mockup data conditions/files required for testing.
- Design and develop end-to-end automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems.
- Build and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable test scripts.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub and GitLab.
- Develop and execute API automation using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Karate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Identify, log, and track bugs, working closely with the development teams for resolution.
- Support automation execution activities - data preparation activities including data refresh, cleanup, archival and table updates required for execution. Execution supporting table backups, generation of expected results and comparison reports for huge volumes of data.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Solid experience with Unix commands/scripting for file handling and log analysis.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python.
- Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS,SNS/SQS, EMR, Step Function).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with creating test cases/ test execution sets and defects in JIRA
- Strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting issues in data validations.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other application teams and key business stakeholders.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
