Job Description
As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on processes and methods for building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as create processes and procedures for the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Guide research and discovery efforts to identify user needs and inform product strategy.
- Define and evolve product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle-from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancement.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience
- 6 years of relevant experience
Desired Experience
- Adept at managing project plans, resource allocation, and team coordination to achieve timely and successful project completion
- Business insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking
- Excellent influencing skills encompassing negotiation, persuasion, meeting facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders and customers, and building relationship networks
- Experienced in delivering presentations and conveying complex ideas in a clear, engaging manner to diverse audiences
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
- Experienced in identifying and evaluating strategic options, as well as allocating resources to achieve defined objectives
- Business process management skills including business process modeling, process design and implementation
- Learning and training experience including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
- Proficient in risk assessment and management, with skills in evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions

Target Pay Range: $138,000 - $180,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
