THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Multifamily - Internal Audit - Data Science - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a key driver of deploying advanced analytics in our audit work.
  • Apply and build new advanced analytic capabilities to support day-to-day Multifamily audit work, including risk measurement and automated control testing.
  • Design and implement data visualizations, technical documentation, and non-technical presentation materials to communicate complex ideas and findings to audit teams and clients.
  • Act as a source of knowledge related to data analytics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners

Please note this is an in-office position and can be based out of our offices in Washington DC, Reston, VA or Plano TX.

As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to examining and analyzing accounting and operational records, and determine financial status, efficiency, and effectiveness of operating and reporting procedures.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related area of study
  • Strong programming skills in data analytics related languages, such as Python, R, or JavaScript
  • Understanding of quantitative/statistical/ML/AI modeling methodologies
  • Experience in ML engineering, including hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and data analytic skills

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
