As a valued colleague on our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Fannie Mae mortgage-related products and services. In this role, you will execute targeted outbound call campaigns to existing Fannie Mae clients to promote, position, and drive adoption of our mortgage-related products, technology solutions, and services.

The Mortgage Outbound Call Center Sales Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outbound call campaigns to promote and drive adoption of Fannie Mae's mortgage-related products and services.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing clients, including lenders, servicers, and housing partners.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and qualify prospects for follow-up by internal account teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes within CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, including call volume, conversion rate, and engagement KPIs.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 2 years of experience in an outbound call center or inside sales role in the mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage ecosystem, including lenders, servicers, and secondary market operations.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, lead generation, and driving product adoption.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product offerings.
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients in the mortgage or fintech space.
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae products, tools, and solutions (e.g., Desktop Underwriter®, Collateral Underwriter®, or Servicing Marketplace).
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Target Pay Range: $68,000 to $89,000 a year.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
