Job Description
As a valued contributor to our team, you will work directly with our lender partners to develop a holistic understanding of their business model to source mutually beneficial solutions that maximize utilization of Fannie Mae's products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and stakeholders.

The Market Engagement - Account Management - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Develop extensive relationships at the executive level across assigned customer accounts, consult with management on beneficial strategies to expand our business interests, and strive to do what's right for our customers and Fannie Mae
- Identify executives, managers, and team members to support customer relationships
- Provide guidance and recommendations on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities
- Provide support and direction for operational activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to assigned customers and management.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Holistic Mortgage Industry and Loan Lifecycle Acumen; deep understanding of mortgage origination technology
- Influencing, including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Skilled in presenting complex information and/or ideas to an audience (including C-Suite) in a way that is engaging and easy to understand; ability to speak to the economic impact of proposed solutions
Desired Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Sales experience; mortgage origination technology sales preferred
- Customer and Market Insights

Target Salary Range: $121,000-$158,000

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
