As a Lead Financial Analyst on the COO CFO FP&A team, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful financial insights that support decision-making and expense management across the organization. This position focuses on financial planning and reporting, with high visibility and regular engagement with senior leadership. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Lead Financial Analyst on the COO CFO FP&A team role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis efforts with a focus on expense management, supporting effective operational planning and reporting.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights through effective storytelling and visualizations.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to evaluate changes in spend, trends, or leadership-driven initiatives.
- Perform data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial inputs and outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and monitor expense drivers.
- Support internal stakeholders through responsive analytics and on-demand reporting to inform expense management decisions.
- Help identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance efficiency across planning cycles.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 4 years of experience with budget planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and concisely to various levels of management
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams on financial planning and reporting
- Strong analytical, finance, and accounting skills; able to synthesize large data sets into meaningful analyses and executive reporting
- Self-starter who can work independently on a broad set of financial topics with minimal supervision
- Ability to anticipate issues and think strategically, understanding both detail and big-picture implications
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into impactful business storytelling
Desired Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience supporting administrative or shared services functions (e.g., IT, Finance)
- Familiarity with expense planning for technology organizations
- Exposure to financial planning systems (e.g.: Anaplan) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience working in a complex corporate environment with cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units

Target Salary Range: $107,000 to $139,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
