As a valued contributor to our team, you will apply your extensive knowledge of principles, advanced techniques, and theories to the design and development of information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications. You'll provide technical direction to the team and solutions to technical business problems.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Enterprise Platforms - Technology Engineering - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with our stakeholders which includes Application teams, Enterprise Operations, Enterprise Command Center, Architecture and Information Security teams.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through active engagement and inspiring work.
  • Provide guidance to the team members on recognizing patterns or strategy to enhance the Observability footprint to meet the changing business requirements.
  • Track industry trends in Observability, as well as evaluate and provide feedback and guidance on new developments.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and their service offerings
  • Proficient in Python and/or Java Programming
  • In-depth knowledge of large scale computing systems. Networks, architecture, firewalls, JVM's and storage.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Observability tools

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 10 years of experience
  • Skilled in Observability Platform Dynatrace at an administrative level
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Open Telemetry and its implementation
  • Agentic AI related knowledge and/or experience
  • Knowledge in tools like Catchpoint, Splunk
  • Problem solving skills.
