As an individual contributor on our Internal Communications team, you will drive the strategic evolution of our internal communication platforms, optimize content to foster a connected and informed workforce, and lead the team in data-driven decision making. You will play a critical role in leading operational strategy for the Internal Communications team. This role requires a seasoned communications professional with strong technical and analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Internal Communications Channel Management and Metrics Lead role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Internal Communication Channels: Drive the evolution of our internal communication platforms by collaborating with technical teams to implement new features and improvements, ensuring seamless and effective information flow.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making and Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze communication metrics to inform strategic decisions, present data in a clear and compelling manner, and drive continuous improvement in communication processes.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Support editorial planning and coordination efforts, guiding the team to achieve communication goals and reinforcing changes based on data insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure communication strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Improving Editorial Processes: Bring data insights to streamline and enhance the editorial process, including content curation, to ensure high-quality, engaging, timely, and relevant communications.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years of experience working in internal communications in a corporate environment.
  • Experience understanding and managing a variety of internal communication platforms, specifically a corporate intranet, identifying user needs and future-focused features, and working with technical stakeholders to implement new capabilities.
  • Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting communication metrics, and the ability to represent data visually using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging and creative content for various internal channels.
  • Experience developing strategic project and communications plans as they relate to implementing and rolling out digital tools or features.
  • Demonstrated leadership placing content on channels based on data insights, guiding the team to achieve communication goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address communication challenges and attention to detail in all aspects of communication, from content creation to data analysis.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public affairs, digital communications, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Strong executive presence, with prior experience collaborating with leaders across multiple functions or business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with people of different functional expertise toward a common goal.
  • Passion for learning the business, building relationships, and understanding different areas of expertise across the organization.
  • Experience using SharePoint content management and Viva Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM), Adobe Workfront (or similar project management platform), and digital signage software a plus.

Target Pay Range: $107,000 - $139,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
