Job Description

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Finance - Executive Administration - Lead Associate role will offer you the work alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day scheduling and related matters for our Chief Financial Officer, helping to optimize and balance commitments, plan efficient travel, and complete expense reporting.
  • Ensure that meeting-related logistics are planned in a timely, thorough manner and flawlessly executed.
  • Plan executive-level internal engagements such as leadership team-building meetings and divisional receptions.
  • Enable the creation and analysis of metrics used to evaluate effective calendar management.
  • Partner with your front office colleagues and others to ensure senior management is always prepared.
  • Contribute to team goals and shared success metrics
  • Work in cross-functional environments while having the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives and drive collective outcomes
  • Act as a strategic partner by offering alternative approaches, fostering strong relationships, and providing respectful, thoughtful solutions.
  • Proofread documents and created executive-level presentations.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years of experience supporting Senior Leadership
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellence in tactful and professional communication across all levels
  • Track record of navigating complex interpersonal dynamics with diplomacy
  • Skilled at turning potential conflicts into opportunities for alignment
  • Ability to influence and persuade through positive engagement

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate with clarity, conciseness, empathy, and respect and approach differences of opinion with curiosity and openness
  • Approach feedback and direction with openness and adaptability

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
