- Direct the development of the design strategy for new products.
- Create analytical reviews, trends, and visualization of historical metrics, allowing business units to drive continuous improvement and enable data driven decision making
- Collaborate with the team to ideate and prototype new data opportunities
- Direct the team on the implementation process for new products
- Drive implementation for product improvements
- Directs a team responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance
- Define product strategy that is in alignment with business objectives
- Engage with senior leadership in reviewing data for accuracy and take the lead in coordinating, completing, and submitting key regular agency reports in a timely and effective manner
- Supervise, train and mentor a team of data specialists
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in building data infrastructures with experience in data strategy and leading data teams. Well versed with implementing projects on cloud
- Leadership experience including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
- Proven expertise in designing, building, and implementing data solutions with sound knowledge on data governance principles
- Well versed in data technology with an in depth and strong understanding of the data architecture, data development lifecycle, data tools and technologies, cloud platforms (AWS), API and data integration
- Expertise with data mining, data analytics, predictive modeling, and advanced modeling techniques using SAS, SPSS, R
- Leadership experience including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
- Strategic thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and develop and evolve project roadmap.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Expertise to model, design and implement customer centric databases and system (structured and unstructured), drive the requirements working with end users and stakeholders

Target Hiring Range: $172,000-$234,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
