Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop routine solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under direct supervision.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE:
The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Develop routine solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components under the guidance of more experienced team members.
- Understand the end-to-end performance of fundamental IT platforms.
- Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Gather and report on the performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
- Engagement with engineering team members to collaborate on solutions and escalate issues
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
Desired Experiences
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic network concepts including exposure to network monitoring or management tools is highly desirable.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication. Capacity to document processes, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Initiative and Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Eagerness to contribute ideas and adapt to changing priorities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver work on schedule within a fast-paced environment.
- General Project Management Skills: High level understanding of Agile concepts and experience in Sprint Planning, Features and Story Management
- Internship or practical experience in network administration or IT support.
- Experience with network management platforms such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Extrahop, AppResponse.
- Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, etc.) and tools use to govern these frameworks like ServiceNow and JIRA.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
