Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expertise and team guidance regarding collecting, analyzing, and/or interpreting financial or operational information which could include trend analysis, identification of gaps and opportunities, and process improvements. In this role, you will provide strategic partnership between Finance and the Business by assessing current conditions with direction from senior leadership and the support of your team, and offering insights and recommended actions.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The CIO CFO- FP&A- Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Execute and manage showback/chargeback processes, analysis, and communications for Cloud Services (AWS)
- Manage and evolve forecasting practices, chargeback methodology, and business unit budgets
- Provide central coordinate and communication between stakeholders
- Ensure documentation and controls support outcomes and maturity for monthly data input and financial processes
- Leverage expertise in FinOps and Cloud Services to evolve towards best-in-class practices
- Coordinate team activities and monitor the collection of financial input data from different departments.
- Perform financial data integrity checks and summarize and convert financial data.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Source and analyze data for business analytics, including scenario and attribution analysis, what-if analysis, time series trending, drill down analysis, break-even analysis and identification of business drivers
Minimum Required Experiences
- 4 years of experience
- Working knowledge and familiarity with FinOps and Cloud Services (AWS)
- Independent ownership of process and controls execution
- Cross-functional collaboration and coordination across a community of practices
- Execution of tasks and existing processes with minimal oversight
- Proven FP&A analytics capabilities with ability to translate information into concise PowerPoint comms for executive consumption
Desired Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Ownership and/or certification in key FinOps or Cloud Services (AWS) roles
- Proven experience implementing AWS business chargeback and forecasting processes
- Proven leadership in change management and communications support
