Job Description

As a valued leader on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cash positioning, short- and long-term cash forecasting, and bank account administration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing both Federal Reserve Bank and commercial bank accounts and ideally have experience using ION's Wallstreet Suite platform.

This position will manage a team of 10 treasury professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management to ensure operational excellence and alignment with the company's financial goals.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Cash Management Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development.


  • Oversee daily cash positioning and ensure sufficient liquidity across all accounts.


  • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.


  • Manage relationships with banking partners, including account setup, maintenance, and compliance.


  • Administer Federal Reserve Bank and commercial bank accounts, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.


  • Collaborate with internal departments (Accounting, FP&A, Tax) to align cash strategies with broader financial objectives.


  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the treasury function.


  • Utilize treasury management systems, with a preference for experience in ION's Wallstreet Suite.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field or equivalent


  • Familiarity with ION's Wallstreet Suite or similar treasury platforms is a strong plus.


  • Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations.


  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with treasury systems and ERP platforms.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across functions.


  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experiences

  • Master's Degree or MBA


  • 5-7+ years of experience in treasury or cash management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.


  • Experience managing both Federal Reserve Bank and commercial bank accounts

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
