THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel Group is looking to add a Senior Associate, Compliance Operations to the team. The Senior Associate, Compliance Operations will be responsible for FanDuel's existing compliance operations functions, including employee play, external prohibited play, Gifts and Hospitality, Conflicts of Interest, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption. This role will also be responsible for managing and building out the operational processes for other compliance functions as the programs are designed. This will likely include VIP, Privacy, Marketing, electronic communications monitoring, and more.

This role will report into the Senior Manager, Compliance Operations, and sits within the FanDuel Group Compliance and Enterprise Risk function. Successful licensing with state gaming regulators may be required following employment.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Assist with the buildout of the Compliance Operations program.
  • Perform BAU tasks (inclusive of aiding in Prohibited Play operations, Employee Play operations, Data Privacy Operations etc.) as it relates to the known compliance operations.
  • Work with stakeholders in Compliance and Legal to operationalize their programs as they are created and implemented.
  • Prepare job aides and provide guidance for new compliance associates on daily tasks.
  • Review investigations by associates (ABC, G&H, Employee Play, Insider Wagering, etc.,)
  • Draft, revise and track related policies, procedures, reference documents, trainings and communications.
  • Working effectively as part of the Compliance team, including taking on ad hoc tasks when necessary and providing guidance and support to others.
  • Identify process improvements and help to implement changes to further develop the compliance operations program.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 3+ years working in the compliance function of a highly regulated financial institution or similar organization, specifically in an operations role.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for process execution, including identification of process improvements.
  • Ability to think critically and communicate clearly and efficiently, both orally and written.
  • Outstanding ability to manage projects, multi-task, prioritize, work independently and excellent organizational skills.
  • An exceptional team player, with a desire to be a leader within FanDuel Group Passion and work hard in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

The applicable salary range for this position is $70,000 - $88,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
