Essential Skills:

- Teaching and Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, engage students, and facilitate learning.
- Instructional Design: Proficiency in developing effective training programs, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot HVAC problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Hands-on Skills: Practical experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC technology or a related field.
