DC Outbound Quality & Consolidation Associate

Position Summary: 

The Distribution Center Quality and Consolidation Outbound Associate plays a key role in ensuring outbound shipments meet quality standards and customer expectations. This position is responsible for verifying order accuracy, inspecting product condition, consolidating shipments, and supporting efficient outbound logistics processes. 

We are looking for 3 associates, one for each shift (1st. 2nd, and 3rd)
Pay Range: $19-$20 per hour. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Quality Assurance: 

• Inspect outbound orders for accuracy, damage, and compliance with customer requirements. 

• Report and document any discrepancies or quality issues. 

• Ensure packaging meets company and carrier standards. 

• Take accountability of consolidation process and metrics measured as a result.  

• Consolidation: 

• Combine multiple orders or shipments for the same destination to optimize space and reduce shipping costs. 

• Label and organize consolidated pallets or containers for efficient loading. 

• Outbound Processing: 

• Assist in staging, scanning, and loading outbound shipments. 

• Coordinate with shipping and inventory teams to resolve order issues. 

• Maintain accurate records of outbound activities. 

• Safety & Compliance: 

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. 

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 

• Team Collaboration: 

• Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, leads, and supervisors. 

• Support cross-functional tasks as needed to meet daily operational goals. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. 

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners is a plus. 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
