What you will do:
As a subject matter expert deploying and designing Cloud solutions for ECI's clients at scale, you will enable teams within ECI to become more efficient using both tools and code to achieve standardized deployments. In this impact role, you will perform as an escalation resource helping our teams and customers succeed. In our dynamic environment, your focus areas will include:
- MSP Focused Cloud Design using Azure, AWS, and VMWare
- Deploy and assist others deploying cloud designs for customers
- Provide technology mentorship to internal and external customers regarding technology design, deployment, and upkeep.
- Collaborate with customer and peers to understand business use-cases and leverage technology to drive solutions.
- Produce repeatable consistent cloud delivery using technology in a DevOps / Automation fashion
- On an as needed basis for projects and rollouts, write detail-oriented documentation and knowledgebase articles generally stored in ServiceNow or SharePoint.
Who you are:
- Working knowledge of Network technologies such as Palo Alto, Meraki, and/or Cisco
- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies such as VMware, Azure and/or AWS
- System Administration skills that fill out the broader technology picture as they interact with Cloud deployments
- PowerShell to create efficient automated tasks and deployments
- Dynamic person and willing to learn new technologies such as GenAI/LLM
- Working knowledge of SAAS API's
- Analytical/Problem solving ability - ability to quickly evaluate and issue, resolve it or implement a workaround with consistent accuracy and success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully respond to customer technology cases
- A passionate, self-directed commitment to continuous learning of new technologies.
- Possess a Devops Mindset steadily seeking to improve consistency and scale using code / technology.
- University or college degree preferred
- AWS Certified Solution Architect.
- Willing to obtain Azure certifications
Bonus Items (a plus, but not required):
- MSP or Consulting experience a plus
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Microsoft certifications a plus such as Azure, but not mandatory
- Security certifications
- Network certifications
- AWS Certified DevSecOps Engineer
