Our client, a global leader in Food Manufacturing, is seeking a Transportation Analyst to join their team, hybrid schedule, in Charlotte, NC. As a Transportation Analyst, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the bulk control tower team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transportation Analyst

Location:  Charlotte, NC 28277 (Onsite Tuesday to Thursday, Remote Monday and Friday)

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

  • Manage and contact bulk customers to validate order accuracy at the TMS level.
  • Document all customer interactions according to call script guidelines.
  • Perform data updates in TMS and communicate changes to customer service.
  • Work closely with the bulk control tower team to ensure order integrity.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for cost and service improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Transportation Management System.
  • Ability to work independently and drive productivity daily.
  • Strong decision-making skills supported by data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
