Telecom Damage Recovery Analyst

Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Telecom Damage Recovery Analyst to join their team. As a Telecom Damage Recovery Analyst, you will be part of the Damage Recovery department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Telecom Damage Recovery Analyst

Location: Irving, TX Hybrid Model

What's the Job?

• Coordinate the damage recovery claim process, ensuring all documentation and evidence are collected efficiently.
• Manage workload distribution and ensure timely completion of tasks across internal departments.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to validate labor and invoices related to damage claims.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement in the damage recovery process.
• Develop new methods for data collection to enhance the efficiency of claims processing.

What's Needed?

• Comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications equipment, processes, and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software for creating and maintaining documents.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and provide guidance to team members.
• Associates degree in a related field and 3-6 years of relevant experience.
