Our client, a leader in sustainable technology, is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Sustainable Network Hardware & Design to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for sustainability which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead programs that integrate carbon-conscious engineering principles into network hardware design.
- Provide technical oversight for network infrastructure to ensure sustainability goals are met.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and reports to drive sustainability insights.
- Conduct lifecycle assessments to identify opportunities for material reuse and reduced carbon footprint.
- Collaborate with OEMs to promote greener manufacturing processes and sustainable sourcing.
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Hardware Engineer, or Network Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge of network hardware architecture and deployment best practices.
- Experience with sustainable product design and lifecycle assessment methodologies.
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional hardware programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate sustainability impacts into measurable outcomes.
