Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the supply management industry, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst to join their team in New Britain, CT, Valley City, OH, or Towson, MD. As a Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Global Supply Management team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $36/HR + Benefits
Contract Duration: 6-Months W2 Contract to Hire

- Support multiple RFPs, from data/spend analysis to building and issuing RFPs.
- Analyze bids and present results to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate procurement policies.
- Oversee the implementation of category-specific sourcing strategies in support of the organization's vision.
- Develop and foster strategic supplier relationships that deliver cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Coordinate communications between suppliers and the company to ensure all requirements are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in strategic sourcing or equivalent experience in planning, manufacturing, or operations.
- Successful track record of designing and implementing sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Experience driving change at the plant level in a decentralized operational model preferred.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Masters in Supply Chain is preferred.
