Our client, household products manufacturing leader is seeking a Occupancy Planner to join their team. As an Occupancy Planner, you’ll play a key role in space management, occupancy planning, and supporting the overall employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals interested in real estate, facilities, or workplace strategy.

Job Title: Occupancy Workspace Planner

Location:Towson, MD (onsite)

Pay Rate: $27/hr on W2

Contract: 6 months

What You’ll Do:

  • Track, analyze, and update space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our offices.
    </li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Assist with migration plans, group and individual moves, and support office space allocation.</span></span></span></span></span> </li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Maintain and update floor plans, ensuring accuracy in business group assignments, occupancy, and conference room ownership.</span></span></span></span></span> </li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Prepare planning diagrams, block/test fit plans, and support AutoCAD drawing updates.</span></span></span></span></span> </li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Coordinate meetings and gather information to create workplace scenarios considering growth, reorganization, and corporate standards.</span></span></span></span></span> </li><li><span><span><span><span><span>Serve as a point of contact for database, drawing, and space planning application-related support, as well as move management services</span></span></span></span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span>

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (real estate, business, interior design, facilities management, or related) preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in space/occupancy planning, facilities management, project management, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, space planning concepts, and occupancy planning software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) preferred.
  • Bluebeam, AutoCAD & Revit skills are a plus.
