As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be part of the credit department supporting the growth and commitment to sound credit practices. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Credit Analyst
Location: Kentucky; Flexible – possible Remote
Pay Range: $0 - $90,000
What's the Job?
- Analyze and interpret complex borrower cash flows.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Lender.
- Propose creative solutions for delinquent borrowers beyond standard interest payments.
- Professionally challenge and support lending decisions.

What's Needed?
- Minimum 4 years in credit analysis at a bank.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Abrigo Sageworks is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable mentoring others and reviewing work.
