SAP Technical Writer
Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is seeking a SAP Technical Writer to join their team. As a SAP Technical Writer, you will be part of the project team supporting the S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: SAP Technical Writer
Location: Sacramento, California (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $63 per hour
What's the Job?
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current business processes.
- Develop detailed business process documentation and process flow mappings to support the S/4HANA system design and configuration.
- Utilize mapping software (e.g., Visio) to create visual representations of each process.
- Document and route for review and approval, all processes named in process inventory documents.
- Ensure compliance with project policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical writing, preferably in an IT or business environment.
- Experience working on at least one SAP project focused on documenting business processes.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the ECC environment.
- Proficiency in using specialized documentation tools and process mapping software.
